In WhatsAPP, no messages are sending and delivering, as users tweeted.
In Instagram Couldn’t refresh feed. Instagram site also down, at the time of writing it is giving message “5xx Server Down”
Instagram is also down for many users. Some of the users are reporting issues with Facebook App too.
